In order for us to achieve this high level of accreditation we must undergo a rigorous and thorough audit on our policies and procedures set out by the standards charter. We have to produce adequate insurance and demonstrate that our employment legislation is up to date and fair.

We also have to supply references that are followed up and thoroughly checked.
